MLG Oz are seeking skilled and experienced Site Administrator's to manage our daily site office operations. As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for organising and coordinating office activities and operations, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site office, including maintaining records and files, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Establish and maintain spreadsheets, databases and documentation.
- Liase with clients and contractors to coordinate site access.
- Assist the recruitment and onboarding team in mobilising personnel to site.
- Coordination of flights and accommodation
- Raising of purchase orders and receipting invoices
- Assisting payroll with time sheeting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Administrator or similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with an ability to identify potential risks and issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Ability to perform and complete a pre-employment medical
- Current & valid drivers licence
