The Australian business is undergoing a period of exponential growth, following a run of successful PPP, D&C and EPC and O&M tenders in the major transport, renewable energy and building sectors. Bouygues is delivering the NorthConnex, Melbourne Metro and WestConnex projects and a number of large scale Solar Farms across Australia, and has recently acquired a building company to deepen its building capability in the market.

The Position

The primary focus of this role is provide administrative and secretarial support to the Project Manager in the project site in Culcairn - NSW.

The Site Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the team for their relocation: finding houses (inspections, applications), furniture’s (procurement, delivery, assembly), moving and periodical maintenance.
  • Management of the cleaning team (scheduling tasks / management of consumables).
  • Organising daily transport and allocation of vehicles to staff members
  • Organise the travel of people on FIFO / ROSTER (accommodations / flights).
  • IT on site (Phones, computers, tablets, printers).
  • Daily assisting of the Project Direction team.
  • Timesheet of the solar farm’s employees.
  • Supervisors’ and managers’ expenses reports.
  • Purchasing of goods for site (excluding permanent materials or engineered products).
  • Organisation of events / communication.

Skills and KnowledgeEssential
  • English fluency.
  • Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong relationship building skills across all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Able to work autonomously or in a team.
  • Logistics, flights & hotels bookings.
  • Able to multitask on projects.
  • Demonstrated job costing skills & experience ideally within construction industry / procurement.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of ERP systems: SAP, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Microsiga, or similar.
