What You Will Be Doing
WorkPac is currently seeking a Site Administrator for our client based in Pinjarra. Your duties will include but not limited to:
Payroll/ data entry & validation for company payroll staff and contingent worker workforce
Revenue capture and Job costing for customer invoicing
Purchasing and cost capture
Maintaining training records
Plant Maintenance Admin support
Accounts Payable support
Document Handling/ archiving
General Office/ Admin support tasks e.g. stationery and PPE orders/ stock levels
What You Will Need
Valid drivers licence and reliable transport
Previous Administration experience
Purchasing, payroll & data entry experience
National Police clearance
Able to pass a drug & Alcohol Screening
