About the role
The Site Administrator is an integral member of our Numurkah team, supporting site leaders, colleagues, service providers and other stakeholders through the delivery of professional administrative support.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Reception and induction services for visitors and contractors
- Document preparation and management across MS Office
- Coordinating and supporting on/offsite meetings and events
- Management of uniform, PPE and office consumables
- Support for employee travel, training, recognition and related activities
- General support for accounts payable/receivable processes
- Backup for other site support functions (e.g. engineering, finance).
About your experience
Our ideal candidate is an experienced administrator, gained within a large commercial or industrial setting. You’ll also have:
- Aptitude for technology and systems generally, and especially with MS Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and self-directed with strong results-orientation
- Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions independently; calm under pressure.
- You’ve ideally had exposure to SAP systems
