Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Data collection and entry
- Payroll and Timesheets
- Ordering of consumables and parts for the project
- General administration
- On-boarding and travel arrangements for employees
The ideal candidate will have the below skills and attributes:
- Computer literate in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills essential
- Ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise activities
