Form of work We are looking for an experienced Site and Culture Coordinator to join our People and Culture Team at ABI Interiors on a part-time basis. This multifaceted role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities effectively.What You'll Be Doing: Oversee facility maintenance, including cleaning, landscaping, air-conditioning, pest control, locksmiths, and communication connections. Act as a point of contact for any facilities-related issues or questions. Implement maintenance schedules and ensure they are carried out as planned. Coordinate office repairs, renovations, and commission or decommission new facilities. Be well-versed in office security and related procedures. Liaise with real estate agents to oversee lease agreements, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to lease terms and obligations.
