Site And Perth Based Administrators

MPI is currently seeking experienced candidates for Site and Perth-based Administration roles to present to our clients. With a wide range of sites throughout Australia, we are confident in our ability to place you in the right admin role.

• FIFO ex Perth site admin 8/6 roster (may vary)
• Super paid on all hours
• Perth-based admin 5/2 roster

The role:

• Ensure flights and accommodation are booked to and from site.
• Maintain the site roster.
• Provide support to optimise the team's capacity to meet business requirements by managing the department roster, leave, flight and accommodation requirements.
• Administration of site access to ensure people coming to site are fully inducted.
• Provide adequate administration support to the operation.
• Document and record-keeping for the department.
• Demonstrating excellent data entry and attention to detail on reports, system updates and schedules.

About you:

• Admin experience in a mining environment would be preferred.
• Knowledge of flight booking systems\
• Experience using ERP systems such as Pronto, SAP
• Experience in partnering with operations employees.
• High level of written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and multi-task.
• MS Office experience, SuccessFactors, INX, People Tray, SharePoint, Workflow, Payroll systems.
• Desirable - BHP/RIO inducted candidates
