About the Role
We have several engineer positions available ranging from Site Engineer and Project Engineers. You are not only an engineer, but a valued team member of our company. Our people are involved in the decision-making processes throughout our journey.
The role will entail enough autonomy to drive and execute each project yet be provided with ongoing support from your line managers. You will be recognised and rewarded for your successes. - Management of Site Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements
- Management of subcontractor packages of works at the work front and liaise between different disciplines
- Tracking of daily progress, cost and productivity report
- Maintain and oversee construction programs and lookaheads
- Co-ordinate daily activities and act as a point of escalation for critical and non-critical events.
- Engage with commercial interface associated with project requirements
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute and collaborate with Estimating and Tenders Team.
Skills, Qualifications & Other Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Relevant construction and infrastructure experience. Minimum 2 years experience
- Experience with managing contractor models
- Experience with a tier 1 or 2 contractor would be beneficial
- Previous experience working on rail projects highly desirable but not essential.
- Current driver’s license
