Seeking a Site Engineer who will play a crucial role in the successful execution of a construction project on the Gold Coast. You will work alongside experienced professionals to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel to oversee day-to-day operations and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and construction schedules.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Uphold a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices on site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Open to candidates with varying levels of experience; previous experience in construction or Site Engineering is advantageous.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
