Form of workAs a Site Engineer, you will oversee Civil Construction projects around Victoria, reporting to the Construction Manager. You will assist Site Construction Teams and manage Subcontractors.
Duties include
- Ensuring work sites are operated safely
- Motivate, lead and develop staff
- Management of Subcontractors
- Ensure Project QA/OHS documentation is implemented and maintained
- Bugets are managed.
About You:
We are looking for a Project Management professional who can combine excellent organisational, program management and delivery skills with the ability to lead, motivate and develop the team reporting to you. Ideally you should also have:
- Minimum 3-5 years Civil Construction Experience
- Experience with delivering road construction, civil infrastructure works
- Programming and planning works with MS Project and MS Office programs.
