Our client is a well respected mid-tier contractor who self perform their works. They have completed many major infrastructure projects Australia wide and have a large pipeline of works leading into 2023. They are privately owned and work across several sectors of the construction industry, with a strong focus on infrastructure.
Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer to gain further major infrastructure experience in Queensland. You will complement the existing team on-site with your road construction knowledge, hard work, attitude and enthusiasm. Our client always supports growth, and they will ensure they give you the tools to succeed.
Role
As a Site Engineer, you will
- Report into the Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer
- Forecast
- Schedule
- Create progress & cost reports
- Assist with subcontractor management
- Ensure work is being performed in a safe manner & to specifications
- 1 + years experience on large civil infrastructure projects
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
- Previous main road experience within Australia is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a can-do attitude
