AddressResponsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, including scheduling, quality control, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with specifications, codes, and standards.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and documents.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
