With projects ranging from $2M - $5M, my client is highly regarded in the Civil Construction industry, focusing on a range of projects which include Subdivisions, Earthworks and Roadworks. ABOUT THE POSITION.
My client experiences constant annual growth, and they are looking to expand their team. They are looking for a Site Engineer that has 1-2 years experience, as well as a strong appetite to learn, upskill, and contribute to their continued success.
You will work closely with the Directors. They will be heavily invested in your progress and you will constantly receive constructive feedback to ensure that you are on track to further your skillset and achieve your goals!
DUTIES.
- Supervise day-to-day activities on-site
- Maintain communication with sub-contractors and clients
- Implement quality control processes
- Conduct inspections
- Ensure all work conducted meet regulations and industry standards
- Assist in cost tracking
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience with either subdivisions, earthworks, roadworks or stormwater projects
- A good level of understanding when it comes to civil projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
