Site Engineer - Pr

Job DescriptionWe currently have an opportunity for a Site Engineer to join our Pavement Rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will be based out of our Dandenong site, however travel to regional locations will be required. The role would be well suited to a recent graduate looking to gain entry into the road maintenance industry.

About You

Along with a qualification in Civil Engineering, you will have experience (employement or undergraduate) working on civil construction projects. Prior experience within the Roads industry will be highly regarded. You will be responsible for;

• Maintaining productivity and performance measures and escalating abnormal trends.
• Developing, informing personnel about and maintaining the currency of the Project Management Plan, subordinate plans and scope of work and scope of services documents.
• Growing and developing customer and subcontractor relationships.
• Executing the project to time, specified quality and approved budgets.
• Having the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• You will be a strong ‘team player’ with the proven ability to work efficiently with others.
• Having a strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture.
