- Monitoring key construction requirements and implementing prompt corrective action if required, to ensure they are achieved in line with agreed specifications
- Managing temporary works design and ensuring all relevant approvals are obtained
- Ensure compliance with systems and processes
- Accurately record and track costs related to plant, materials and labour costs to produce monthly accruals and assist in control of the budget and forecasting
- Provide proactive assistance to the Project Engineers during production of a fully detailed and accurate forecast Cost to Complete and reports
- Generate accurate Site Diaries, completed on a daily basis
- Track use of materials to ensure works are not delayed
- Actively liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure all construction lots have been raised prior to works commencing
- Ensure all subcontractors have been advised of the relevant quality control requirements and applicable standards
- Ensure all construction lot verification records are captured and filed during the works
- Ensure all subcontractor quality records are reviewed and filed during the works
- A recognised degree in engineering discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
