Site Foreman

Core Talent are currently recruiting for a highly reputable QLD builder, who are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to assist with overseeing a large Aged-Care project in Chinchilla. This project has already begun and due to be complete late 2024. You will be working with an experienced site team in delivering a $30M project. This is a attractive fixed-term opportunity with accommodation and other allowances provided. This builder does not experience high staff turnover so it is a rare opportunity to work with them.Role:Along with a full site team, you as the Site Foreman of an Aged-Care project in Chinchilla will be responsible for coordination of all project works, including managing subcontractors, programming of the site, health and safety management plans and delivering the projects to meet deadlines.Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman on similar projects with Tier 2 / 3
• Ability to manage and organising sub-contractors
• Meet project time lines and deadlines
• Strong focus and understanding of Health and Safety Management
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• QBCC licence would be preferred
