Join a leading builder specialising in large residential projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a prominent inner north project. This development features a boutique feel, incorporating retail spaces and over 80 apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site.
- Ensure project timelines and budget are adhered to.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.
- Deliver the project to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing large multi-residential projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve onsite issues efficiently.
