Site Manager | $160K - $200K | North Lakes Location

Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager and Project Manager, this role offers the chance to spearhead the development of a Childcare Centre based in North Lakes, with a project value of approximately $4M. 

As the Site Manager, you will be at the heart of new builds, fit outs, and refurbishments, with this project focusing on delivering a state-of-the-art Childcare Centre. You will be instrumental in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and above all, to the highest quality standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing construction activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

What You'll Bring to the Team

- Proven experience in Site Management, specifically within commercial construction

- A track record of delivering projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality outcomes
