• Projects range from $2mil to $25mil

The Position

• Run and co-ordinate all site activities
• Liaison with architect, engineers, subcontractors & clients
• Manage and drive sub contractors
• Maintain & control all on-site records
• Run project to the construction programme, specification & budget
• Overseeing all OH&S and ensure the site is a safe workplace
• Deliver project on time & to budget

Must Have

• Building trade background or related degree
• Demonstrated history as Site Manager on medium to large A-Cat Fitouts locally
• Right to work in Australia
