We are currently partnering with one of Melbourne’s leading industrial builders who have been operating now for over 20 years. Due to continued growth in their pipeline of projects, our client is looking for a dedicated Site Manager to play a crucial role in an initial 9-Month contract with an opportunity to join their team permanently following project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations on site.
- Lead and coordinate a sizeable site team of trades and sub-contractors.
- Liaise with the Project Manager to provide updates on project progression and ensuring that it is tracking in accordance with timelines.
- Implement and maintain OH&S procedures.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in new – build industrial projects.
- Experience with and confident in managing large site teams.
- The project is located in the Northern suburbs so ideally you will live within a commutable distance of this region.
- Experience with Microsoft MS Projects desirable but not essential.
- Hold a valid VIC driver’s license.
Benefits:
- The role offers an hourly rate of up to $65 - $70 p/h (experience dependent).
