In this position you will administer and control multiple projects, using your ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire your team.What will you be doing?Planning and organising the delivery and storage of materials and tools on siteEffectively communicating with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation processAchieving KONE's safety targets by developing a safety focused culture, ensuring adherence to clearly defined procedures and guidelinesBeing an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of others and always strives to exceed customer expectationsDriving key projects aimed at continuous improvementWork closely with projects managers and delivery operation manager, to ensure success of the projectResponsible for maintaining project documentationWhat are we looking for?Minimum 4 years construction experienceDemonstrated experience managing projects at a site level desiredConstruction qualification OR relevant based trade requiredLift industry experience highly desiredAbility to engage stakeholders and facilitate trainingExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomesHigh attention to detail and adaptableProficient using Microsoft suite ( word, excel, MS project)Valid Australian driver’s licenseThere’s so much more to KONE than you may realise.Enjoy career progression opportunities within a global organisationAccess a range of benefits that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to workGrow with comprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skillsA job at KONE is the start of an experience like no other.
