SalaryEstablished over 35 years ago our client is an accredited, award winning building contractor who has delivered individual projects in excess of $200m. Working across residential, commercial, aged care, industrial, and education, they focus on building collaborative teams with their employees and sub contractors. This focus has seen them deliver projects successfully for their clients on time and within budget.
The Role
Due to a recently awarded project and continued growth, they are seeking to employ a Site Manager on a permanent basis.
To be successful you will have the following criteria:
- Tertiary/trade qualification
- Experienced across structure through to finishes
- Site Coordination
- Ran large projects $40m plus
- Strong adherence to safety
- Reporting and programming
- Able to work to schedules
- Good Subcontractor relationships
- High level of attention to detail
- Subcontractor management
- Above average communications skills both verbal and written
- Motivated and driven
