Aestec Services are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the Aestec team in Gladstone.
This is a chance to take control of your own role. Build on the existing team, train your staff and make it your own.
In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your management skills, learn financial control systems and have a say in the ongoing development of an exciting local business.
This is a residential role based in Gladstone and not suited to FIFO / DIDO.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project or maintenance execution plans
- Consult with Aestec Management, Clients and Sub Contractors
- Build and maintain Client relationships
- Ensure all Client requirements and expectations of Safety, Quality, Schedule and Budget are met
- Manage compliance in line with relevant legislations, regulations and standards
- Coordinate employees, sub-contractors, materials and machinery
- Incident investigations and reporting
- Oversee performance improvement processes and quality management
- Support the operations of Aestec by using your specialist skills and knowledge to advise and support in strategic decision making and daily operations
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum 5 years Site Management experience with a demonstrated ability to plan, execute, coordinate and manage industrial projects or maintenance services contracts
- Knowledge and experience within the Industrial Construction and Maintenance activities
- Project scheduling and cost management experience
- Experience preparing; estimates, variations, daily/weekly/monthly Management & Client reports
- Proficient computer skills, including the use of MS Office Suite and MS Project
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Passion to drive a strong safety culture to achieve Zero Harm
