AddressUnite Construction is assisting a Brisbane based head contractor who have been in the market for 20+ years and have a standout pipeline of work secured across multiple sectors ranging from $50M - $200M.
They are looking to onboard a Brisbane based Site Manager to initially deliver a large mixed-use commercial / hotel tower in an inner-northern suburb of Brisbane city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site activities and operations for the project
- Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure outcomes are being achieved in quality and safety
- On-site coordination and management of construction teams including trades, labourers and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety documentation
- Reviewing scope of works and providing input
- Ensure that the project is running to program and milestones are being met
Key Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Open Builders Supervision licence advantageous
- Strong trade background and ideally 5+ years in a Site Manager capacity
- Previous experience delivering a high-rise
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work-ethic with a true emphasis on quality and safety
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian and in particular Queensland construction market
- Solid level of computer literacy ideally with experience using software such as Procore
Circa $200,000 - $220,000 package
