About The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage commercial construction projects ranging from $10 million to $100 million.
Our client is open to applicants with varying levels of experience, from Junior Site Managers to Senior Site Managers, and will tailor projects and compensation according to your experience level.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects, with a solid understanding of site management principles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and the project team.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
