Primero is seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to deliver operational excellence at our Crushing & Screening Operation located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia (WA).

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor and manage a team to foster a culture of safety leadership and accountability.
- Ensure effective maintenance and asset management practices are implemented and sustained.
- Develop and implement tactical plans to optimise equipment & processes, to realise efficiencies and consistently meet quality and production KPI’s.
- Collaborate with client and other contracting teams to ensuring alignment with production goals and schedules.
- Develop operating budgets, with subsequent cost management and reporting on, and actioning, any variances.
- Manage personnel performance and drive technical & leadership development within the team.
ABOUT YOU
- Extensive experience in crushing & screening operations and in senior leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and engage team members.
- Proficient technical knowledge of crushing fixed plant and mobile equipment.
- Proven track record in planning, problem solving and driving sustainable outcomes.
- Flexibility to ensure adequate management coverage during planned and unplanned maintenance periods.
- Proficient in MS office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project (desirable) & experience with CMMS (MEX or D365 desirable)
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Post graduate qualifications in Leadership & Management.
- Sound knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best-practice is work health safety and environmental compliance.
- Drivers Licence – C Class manual.
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol Screen
