Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and consultants, to provide updates and address any concerns.
- QBCC license is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Fit-out Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on hospitality projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
