AddressHanlon Enterprises is looking for a manager of our Grain Storage and handling site in Ungarie NSW.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Grain Storage site, including receiving, storage, and out loading of grain.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock movements as per operational requirements.
- Supervise a team of operational staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Grain Storage operations or similar agricultural facilities.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficient in the use inventory management systems.
