This rare opportunity will see an experienced and energetic Site Manager step into an important role with a trusted and successful brand.
The role
As a Site Manager, you will be overseeing and managing all staff and subcontractors on site. You will undertake quality inspections and ensure that all staff and subcontractors comply with safety and technical specifications. A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude will ensure that all plans and drawings are constructed accurately. You will manage multiple sites simultaneously and ensure project targets delivered on time and within budget. As a building professional, you will conduct meetings and liaise with external stakeholders and clients. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Daily site set up & inductions
- Drive work to deliver on time and on budget
- Liaise with clients and conduct progress meetings
- Ensure all projects are completed on spec to a high standard
- Manage a team of staff and subcontractors effectively
Ideally, you are a supervisor who has extensive experience in upper-End Residential or a solid background in the residential industry with a well-established builder. You will have sound knowledge of current construction practices, Building Codes and Legislation. You will contribute to the company’s brand, embodying their core values of a safety embedded culture while demonstrating quality at every stage of every project.
