- Have been in business for over 15 years.
- Their typical build locations are in the North Shore, Hills District and Eastern Suburbs (Mosman, Willoughby, Wahroonga, Castle Hill, West Pennant Hills, Bellevue Hill, Maroubra etc).
- The Site Manager will oversee and manage a job site from start to finish.
- There will be support from a Leading Hand / Foreman.
- Projects will range in value from $2m to $15m.
- Site management with the support of the Leading Hand / Foreman.
- Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
- Scheduling trades.
- Ordering materials.
- Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
- Site progress reports.
- Site inductions and toolbox talks.
- WH&S.
- Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
- Experience of managing residential projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions.
