Site Manager

MPS, a division of Sigma Healthcare, MPS is an outsource Dose Administration Aid (DAA) business, offering one solution to manage multiple DAA options assisting pharmacies and aged care facilities to focus on better health outcomes for their customers and residents rather than spend time packing DAAs.

The Opportunity

Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Production Manager, the Site Manager as a leader within this department, is tasked with upholding these standards and guiding the team towards achieving these critical operational goals. 

Liaising with other business units to ensure that Production can deliver packaged medication to their customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Ensure GMP requirements are met inclusive of strict implementation of instructions relating to packing operations.
  • Lead and empower shift supervisors and key personnel to optimise shift operations.
  • Managing the team to ensure that the daily production and dispatch schedules are met safely, on time and in full.
  • Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity, display Sigma Healthcare’s values and behaviors at all times.
  • Ensure products are packed and stored according to appropriate documentation.
  •  Accurate and timely reporting of KPI’s and other production related issues
  • Always provide a safe working environment for all team members.

We are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience within a leadership role in a production environment.
  • Previous knowledge of the healthcare industry desirable
  • Stellar leadership experience with the ability to foster a spirit of teamwork and unity.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning abilities a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, a well as SharePoint and other relevant business software
