Site Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a national construction company for an experienced Site Manager to run Education, Government and Commercial projects.

This company already has confirmed projects for the first half of 2024 and are well known for their stability and excellent reputation. 
  
The Client
Large Tier 2 company whose project focus is predominantly Education, Commercial, Industrial and Government valued from $10M to $70M+.

They are a very well established company with long term staff members throughout the business and a strong portfolio of repeat clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience on new build project
• Proven tenure in past roles
• Preferably from a Tier 1 or 2 background
• Experience with projects from $15M + (you could be working on projects anywhere from $5M - $25M+)
• Strong work ethic and team player
