Role responsibilities:
- Assume control and management of the entire site and its staff, both internal and external
- Plan, cost, and schedule projects to ensure timely delivery and meet project deadlines
- Oversee Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) protocols on site
- Ensure Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) of all works and procedures meet necessary requirements and legislation
- Manage daily site operations and lead site meetings
- Facilitate all on-site communication with clients and subcontractors
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of proven site management experience
- Trade qualification or relevant tertiary qualification
- Extensive experience in project programming and planning
- Track record of successfully delivering projects valued between $1Mil - $20Mil
- Strong knowledge of WHS&E with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Genuine passion for the construction industry coupled with a driven and positive personality
