Salary negotiable based on experience - $130k-$195k
CELOTTI WORKFORCE are on the lookout for all Site Managers with strong commercial experience, to join our client working on $20m+ New Build Projects, in the Darwin, NT area.
Purpose:
The Site Manager is responsible for the effective management of all on-site activities including supporting the company’s path towards perfect safety.
Qualifications:
- Building related trade or tertiary qualification (not essential).
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate (provided by SHAPE if unattained).
- Current Construction Industry Card.
- Strong understanding of MS applications: Word, Excel, Project, and Procore.
- Excellent understanding and proven dedication to EHSQ principles.
- Good understanding of the principles of most trades and services.
- BSA Licence (Applicable to QLD only).
- At least 5 years industry experience including at least 2 years site management experience within the commercial fitout industry.
- Experience working on projects $700k - $5M+
- Experience in developing construction programmes.
- Solid experience in interpreting specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability.
- Exposure to and basic understanding of head contract and subcontractor obligations.
- Experience in leading and managing staff.
