The role require skills that cover but not limited to:
- Ensure OHS requirements are met
- Manage smooth running of the operations processes
- Great communication with both Customers and internal/External personal
- KPI reporting both internally externally
- Managing inventory
- Efficient use of resources to achieve financial objectives
- Must have Minimum 36mths experience as an Operations Manager in Logistics, ideally in a 3PL environment
- Experience of WMS and working in a paperless warehouse
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated communications skills in particular handling close customer relationship
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in managing budget construction, budget management
- Pro-activity, continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced Excel skills, data analysis (An Advantage)
- Inventory control experience (An Advantage)
