Site Manager - Cleaning Services

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic full time Site Manager to manage cleaning service provisions in Townsville. The position is at a large multiple building site where you will oversee operations where no two days are the same.
In this role you will be responsible for a range of task including:
- Overseeing all cleaning operations across the contract
- Assisting in the development, promotion and implementation of occupational health and safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Managing the daily staff rosters within multi building sites, identifying training needs for operational staff, and ensuring employees have career path guidelines and succession plans
- Co-ordination of purchasing and production of services to meet quality, cost, and service commitments to the client
- Assisting in identifying additional business development in communication with the client
- Communicating company objectives and procedures to employee’s
- Recruitment of staff and subcontractors
- Processing of stock ordering and expense claims by staff
- Managing client expectations and delivery standards within the financial budget established for the contract
- Reporting against monthly budgets and KPI’s
- Liaising with clients on a regular basis and responding to their needs in a timely manner
- Processing payroll in line with labor budgets
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in the cleaning industry or a similar field
- Extensive management experience
- A strong customer service focus
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to lead and manage a large team of varying skill levels
- The ability to be flexible in your working hours
- An unrestricted driver’s License
- Provide a current Police Check
- Unrestricted Rights to work in Australia.
