Your future role
Mainetec has an exciting permanent full-time employment opportunity for an experienced Site Service Manager at our manufacturing facilities in Mackay, QLD.
This role main goal is to liaise with customers and the internal team to ensure timely and successful delivery of post sales service according to the customer needs as well as driving revenue growth by delivering on sales and services targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Attract and retain key customers by developing strong trusted client relationships
- Identify opportunities for new and repeat business
- Develop the business by attracting and retaining key customers and identifying and developing opportunities for new business
- Drive standard of customer excellence in pre and post sales service
- Comply with company and relevant site/s Workplace Health and Safety policies, procedures and guidelines
- Monitor work in area of responsibility to ensure a safe system of work is in place (methods, people, equipment)
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned customer base.
- Deliver on sales budget targets.
- Deliver a high standard of post sales service to the customer through
- monitoring and reporting on equipment
- offering further solution-based recommendations
- building strong, long lasting customer relationships
- Meet individual and team KPI’s that align with the team and business plan and strategy
- Actively participate in regular meetings to report on sales projects, clients, budgets
- Assist in the forecasting against budget targets with the Sales Team
- Build the customer base by developing strong relationships with the customers
- Utilise these relationships to identify opportunities to maximise repeat business sales
- Promote new products and services to existing and potential customers
- Actively participate in regular meetings
- Ensure a professional image is maintained at all times
- Communicate openly, effectively and respectfully with all staff, clients and suppliers in the interests of good business practice, collaboration and enhancement of Austin -Mainetec reputation.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the industry
- 3 years’ experience in Business Development/Sales
- Demonstrated experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great team payer and results driven
- Experience using Microsoft software packages.
