Trinity Petroleum Services Pty Ltd is a locally operated company with 16 Fuel & Convenience Retail outlets in Northern Queensland. We have a Retail Site Manager position available for our service station in Innisfail.

We are looking for an seasoned Retail Manager who enjoys motivating and inspiring others, with a passion for high level customer service and personalising the shopping experience. It is essential that you are available to work across store trading hours, including weekends. This role will also require you to undertake merchandising and rotation of stock, therefore you must be physically capable of undertaking heavy lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time.

Previous Retail Management experience is essential. 

Management in the fuel or fast food industry is highly regarded.

As a Retail Site Manager you will be responsible for:

•  Overseeing all daily operations of a busy and complex fuel business
•  Merchandising, marketing and stock management
•  Staff recruitment, training, mentoring and motivation
•  Volume cash handling and reconciliations
•  Food management supervision
•  Hygiene & presentation standards are met and exceeded
•  Meeting assigned budgets and KPIs
