TEN Recruitment have partnered up with a leading homebuilder’s company to recruit for 2 experienced Residential Site Supervisors.Our client is committed to excellence and providing the highest quality outcome for their customers. This job will see you supervising not more than 25 homes either NOR or SOR depending in your location. We are looking for a professional, motivated individual with outstanding time management and organisational skills.Your responsibilities may include:
- Reporting to the Construction Manager.
- Single & Double storey residential construction.
- Management of on-site trades, ensuring daily activity is present.
- Quality assurance across all stages of the project, from initiation to completion.
- Monitor finances and manage cost effectiveness.
- Dispute resolution as required.
- Confirm projects are running to schedule.
- Adhere to all Health, Safety and Environment requirements.
- 2+ years in a similar role.
- A background in trade will be highly regarded.
- Sound knowledge of residential construction methodology.
- Experience in low level ground brick work or two-storey builds.
- Builders’ registration (or be willing to attain).
- Thorough understanding of the residential building industry.
- The ability to work to multiple tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
This position is permanent/full time and offers a fully financed vehicle, mobile phone and iPad. It also has an attractive salary of $115k plus super.
