Purpose of the Position
GHS Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an experience Site Supervisor for site works (FIFO ex Perth or DIDO ex Geraldton) on a 8/6 Roster. Candidate must have a strong knowledge of mechanical repairs and coating.

Trade Certificate (Boilermaker / Welder)

The Site Supervisor role would need to be able to excel in the following key areas:
Active and safe supervision of all activities for our site personnel
Lead regular toolbox talks, work and perform daily site activities and monitoring of all works undertaken
Assist with scheduling of employees at all stages of the works
Delegate and direct site activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Active problem solving and creative solutions orientation is essential
Delivery work safely, on time and within budget, with an expected high quality and high level of service to our clients
Proven ability to successfully deliver works
Applicants must have an open mind and willingness to work collaboratively, continually learn, develop and support GHS Continuous Improvement culture in a systems management environment
This role would suit an individual with:
Minimum 5 years supervision experience
Proven track record in a similar role
Solid trade background
Experience with fabrication works and also mining activities
Knowledge and experience in industry standards
Schedule 26 training
Other abilities:
MEM05024 Perform Welding Supervision or equivalent will be highly regarded
Great communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
Attention to detail
Work in a team environment
