What is the role?
This role is unique, and we know it, you will exercise both your love for the law and your creative side.
The uniqueness of this works well for someone with a legal background who wants to do something more creative. You may have worked in a law firm and discovered, that corner office just wasn’t for you or even perhaps policy & research was more your jam, either way you love the law.
You will be responsible for creating communications on employment law legislative requirements, changes, and updates across the employment relations arena. Your role will involve taking that technical information and breaking it down into manageable sized content, and, translating it in a creative way to deliver to our clients.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of excellent individuals who are constantly coming up with creative ways to keep our clients informed.
- Create communication material including blogs, e-guides, webinars and articles on employment relations topics.
- Develop compelling content for a range of stakeholders internally and externally.
- It is critical that you have employment law experience, this includes holding relevant qualifications in law.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Has a passion for helping small to medium businesses navigate all employment relation matters.
