Responsibilities
- Supervising construction of single/ double storey homes at varying stages of the building process.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to the client's standards and specifications.
What you will bring to the role
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Site Manager in Residential projects, preferably in Volume or Medium Density.
- Proven track record in overseeing 15-18 sites consecutively.
- A strong customer focus, the ability to multi-task and have a flexible and adaptable approach.
- A commitment to upholding the client's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Qualification in Building / Construction and/or trade experience is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
