Site Supervisor (Ultra High End Custom)

OUR CLIENT - THE BUILDER:
This multi-award-winning, high-end architectural Builder is one of the highest-regarded elite builders in Melbourne. Working closely with Melbourne’s most prestigious architects, they focus on contemporary new builds and heritage renovations / complex extensions with basements, turntables, wine cellars, and indoor theatres. 

THE DAY TO DAY:

• Run and manage 2+ construction of high-end luxury homes
• Proactively manage the construction phase in line with project management systems and processes, meeting budget and time frames;
• Liaise with trades, architects, engineers, and public authorities to ensure projects are compliant with BCA & Australian Standards;
• Assist with the development and implementation of OH&S systems and procedures;
• Maintain a high standard of quality assurance throughout the construction of the home;
• Manage Client issues immediately as they arise and work closely with Senior Management to ensure their prompt and effective resolution;
• Report weekly or as required to the Construction Manager on progress;
• Manage quality of construction to ensure the highest possible standard of construction at all times;

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• 10+ years experience working in a similar position working for a high-end architectural builder in a Site Supervisor position end to end;
• Qualified Carpentry background 100% (essential);
• Experience in delivery of luxury homes with basement construction (essential);
• Excellent Eye / Attention to detail for quality finishes;
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings;
• Showcase leadership qualities, effective communication, and technical construction skills;
• Unrestricted Valid Driver's license;
• Full Unrestricted Australian Working rights
