AddressDesign and Build are recruiting for a Site Supervisor on behalf of a successful Medium Density builder in Melbourne.
Our clients are looking for a supervisor who has a minimum of 3 years of local residential construction supervision experience.
About the role
- Sites are based in the Western Suburbs (Geelong/Werribee).
- Supervising medium-density projects.
- Looking after up to 3x sites within close range of each other.
- All aspects of general building to lead and manage a team of qualified subcontractors.
- Managing day-to-day construction process.
- Liaising with trades, labour, and supply-chain.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in volume or medium-density supervising.
- Trade background or relevant academic qualifications.
- Ability to read and interpret plans.
- Ability to liaise with clients and trades.
