- Ability to lead and push the job forward to ensure the completion of the project is on time and on budget
- Excellent communication skills along with the ability to build good working relationships with subcontractors and trades.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Coordination and management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Scheduling of on-site works to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Manage day-to-day construction process with correct building practices and procedures
- Implement and adhere to OH&S regulations ensuring the safety of all personnel on site
- Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite
