The Role:
As a Site Supervisor you would in charge of managing and overseeing daily operations and maintenance activities. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and leading a diverse workforce, ensuring operational efficiency. Proficiency in administrative functions is essential for day-to-day operations. Additionally, the role involves driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall site performance.
Key Skills

• Proficient in wind farm operations.
• Proven high standard of site leadership.
• Strong understanding of HSE Management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or trade qualification in a relevant electrical or mechanical discipline.
• Wind Turbine, operator/maintainer certificates of competency or equivalent would be highly regarded.
• Must hold and be able to maintain a Victorian or South Australian driver licence.

Experience

• A high level of achievement in and demonstrated commitment to, safety management and environmental compliance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing personnel challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead change.
• Demonstrated expertise in use of maintenance and operating systems, HSE, procedures, policies and quality assurance processes.
• Demonstrated risk management experience including hazard identification, risk assessment and mitigation/preventative control awareness
• Experience in parts and inventory management.
• Experience in management of regulatory compliance

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Engineering to develop maintenance plans based on condition monitoring, data collection, equipment histories, OEM recommendations and Engineering expertise
• Lead development of service and repair schedules with support of site maintenance planners Provide leadership and management of the contractor management system.
• Perform site-based audits on employees and contractors to ensure work is conducted to an appropriate standard and in a safe manner as required.
• Project management including building job scopes, seeking estimates, contractor management, Capex and Opex delivery to targets, and safety tracking.
• Prepare reports as required, including ICAM investigation reporting, 5 whys, and MyHSE items.

Salary: $190,000 + super
