ABOUT THE ROLE
HSY's branch in Keysborough, Melbourne requires a motivated Site supervisor to manage all on-site staff, including sales, warehouse, and sub-contract drivers. Working under the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for stock replenishment, freight management, reporting, customer maintenance, retention, and growth. You will also be commercially responsible for all site banking, customer credits, warranties, and petty cash. Regular reporting to the Area Manager is required.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieving daily sales and ensuring monthly targets are achieved.
- Building Customer Relationships and Networks
- Providing a consistent Service and responding to challenges
- Developing and coaching staff
- Provide support to assist team members in day-to-day activities; and
- Drive brand awareness by building new and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Managing Warehouse, Freight, and Deliveries
- Managing Daily Site Operation
- Using your knowledge of products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
- Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

Experience in a Site Supervisor Role is required. The position requires you to be available Monday-Friday.
