About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Effectively communicating the daily plan and targets as well as budgets allocated to site staff, subcontractors, etc
• Ensuring the drawings and specifications are understood and communicated to staff
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and head office to ensure smooth project execution
• Mentoring the leading hand and apprentices
• Ensuring adherence to WHS site plans and conducting daily toolbox talks

About You
The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman for Commercial Projects (not less than $1M)
• Concretor or Carpentry background or experience is preferable
• Cert III in Landscape Construction or other similar qualifications
• Current drivers licence
• A keen eye for quality coupled with a commitment to workplace health and safety
• Commercial acumen to ensure projects are delivered on time and within the given budget

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
