Supervising the construction of single storey homes. No more than 25 at anyone time. Ensuring construction takes place in the projected timeframe and all milestones are met. Reporting on job progress Liaising with stakeholders in regard to the progress of the build Ensure construction meets current building codes and building standards. Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers. Champion safety on site and be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and healthy site.
