As the Site Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring seamless execution of projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, coordinating effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow. Conducting regular site inspections will be essential to uphold quality standards, while your adept problem-solving skills will come into play as you resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Part of your duties will involve overseeing and managing project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of expenses and resources to maintain projects within or below budget. Additionally, your proficiency in accurately reading and interpreting construction drawings will streamline communication and decision-making processes. Additionally, you'll implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment for all involved parties.
Experience:
- 4 years + experience as foreman/supervisor in the construction industry
- Certificate III in Carpentry or other trades
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of construction process and safety standards
- Procore experience advantageous
